After getting a HydraDiamond Glow Facial with Julia, I came back for laser treatments with their Alma devices. After my last facial, Julia put me on the Face Reality regimen and it has been leaving my skin soft and glowing and has been helping control my acne. She also suggested the Epicutis products post laser treatments. It was my first laser treatment and Julia made sure to contact me afterwards to see how I was doing. Always love going to Balance and cant wait for my next treatment.

After realizing they accept CareCredit payment plans I instantly went in for a full facial balancing appointment. Julia on the phone was extremely kind and was able to fit me in the next morning. Hatel my injector was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & understanding to my concerns. I believe their pricing is fair considering the popularity of aesthetic medicine today. She was professional and well versed in different ways to address what I wanted to accomplish in the appointment. She even had someone hold my hand the entirety of my appointment which made me so comfortable. I cannot wait to come back. Thank you to everyone who made my experience so wonderful.

I had a HydraDiamond Glow Facial with Scarlett and it was truly a 10/10 experience. The salon is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is so welcoming from the moment you walk in. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and so taken care of, plus the samples and goody bag at the end were such a thoughtful touch.
